Shipping policy

All  physical orders are processed within 10-14 business days for print on demand orders, and 2-3 business days for ready to ship orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS or other mandated services.

All DIGITAL orders are processed within minutes or purchase. These are downloadable purchases and will not ship.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for  holiday deliveries. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please check all spam folders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment methods and delivery times:

Prints ship within 10-14 business days via USPS. All textured paper or canvas prints ship rolled in protective tubing.

Shipment cost

All products ship free over $50.00 USD within the USA and it’s territories.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather or world wide events. We are not responsible for such events but will do our best to help you.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently only ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier as well as customer service help@catherinewahlen.com to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the USA.
